AEG: (Accountable, Efficient, Genuine)
What We do
We, at Advances Engineers Group (AEG) provide one in kind engineering services in the industry. Group of professional engineers from various backgrounds and valuable experiences have formed one of the best engineering firms in GTA.
AEG places considerable effort in project management and application of the most up-to-date technologies in every single project.
Through this approach, we maintain a friendly and last-longing relation with customers including: manufacturing plants, infrastructure operators such as WWTP, District Energy companies, general contractors, and small business owners, and developers. AEG is proud to have certificate of
authorization from Professional Engineers Ontario to provide engineering services to various projects on a broad scale.
Our History
-
June 2015Corporation LaunchThe company was launched in 2015 with small projects in design of small buildings, commercial units, office buildings, and retrofit projects.
-
August 2017First Project in Food IndustryIn 2017, we successfully completed engineering and project management services for a new veggie burger and meatball line in Trenton, Ontario. The project included complete production lines design, procurement, Leasehold construction and installation activities and all permit applications.
-
April 2019Focus on Energy ConservationIn 2019, we started focusing on energy management services, renewable energies, product quality improvements, compliance reviews, and other areas in manufacturing and production plants.
-
October 2022Starting Piping Design ProjectIn 2022, we conducted a complete engineering services for piping analysis of aeration system in Toronto’s Waste Water Treatment plant. Pipes range from 12″ to 48″ diameter and associated supports were stress analyzed with the CAESAR II software. The results were reviewed by the consultant, City engineers and installation contractor. The improved design reduced the construction cost by 40%,

Our Portfolio
Piping Stress Analysis- Municipal Plants
AEG is conducting several pipe stress analysis projects for various mechanical services, e.g. Air, steam, chemicals, sludge, slurry, refrigerants, and building hydronic systems in many Wastewater Treatment, Water Treatment, Pump Stations, and power plants in Toronto and GTA. The results of pipe modeling usually simplifies piping components, fittings, and supporting, also will ensure system reliability in different operating conditions and sustained and operational loads.
Rainwater Harvesting Project at Sheraton Gateway
Implementation of the rainwater harvesting system at Sheraton Gateway at Pearson Airport will improve cooling towers performance, reduce freshwater use and result in remarkable savings on water costs. In future phases, boilers and hydronic components will be tied to another rainwater harvesting system and all equipment shall operate as one integrated body.
Corporate Sustainability at Univar Lab
Advanced Engineers is proud to announce the leading of “Corporate Sustainability” project at Univar Lab.
We are confident that our Energy Conservation Measures will improve energy efficiency in this food lab and result in remarkable savings during operation.
Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration
CFIA and FDA have very strict requirements to maintain temperature and humidity at food production plants in certain ranges. On the other hand, National and regional Building Codes mandate the food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors to comply with ASHRAE 62.1 for IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) and ventilation requirements. There seem to be several solutions to achieve this goal, however only one design can be considered as the most cost effective, reliable, environmentally friendly, and with the least interruption to plant operation. We, at Advanced Engineers Group, can work with you to review plant operation, evaluate the existing system, and provide recommendations to retrofit any refrigeration and ventilation system to the latest codes and standards. Please contact us to start the work.
Diesel and gas generators
Emergency generators are very critical equipment in every building; industrial plants operate them during peak hours to manage the energy costs and also support the power grid to avoid power outages. Residential buildings, institutional facilities, and healthcare facilities need them as life safety and back-up for their operation. There are many codes related to the design and selection of a generator room, including ventilation, fuel transport, fuel storage, etc. We, at AEG provide complete mechanical design for natural gas and diesel generator systems, indoor and outdoor. Our Engineers recently provided full design, permit, and construction & commissioning support for retrofit of an old fire pump served by a diesel engine.
Process cooling and chillers
Process cooling is vital to many industries, such as Auto parts, food, dairy, beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Chillers, cooling towers, buffer tanks, pumps, and heat exchangers as the main components of these systems can be configured in various arrangements and capacities. The system design will impact many factors, e.g. the project capital cost, production reliability, operating costs, adaptive PM and integration with other parts of the plants. Advanced Engineers Group can provide complete design and construction support for your operations.
